UX Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and talented UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across a variety of platforms. As a UX Designer at Alita, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that solve complex challenges and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user behavior and pain points.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.
  • User Testing: Plan and execute usability tests to validate designs and gather feedback to improve usability and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Iterate & Improve: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user testing results.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system and style guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional UX design experience, preferably in tech or product-based companies.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating seamless, accessible experiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex problems and translate them into user-friendly design solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion design or interaction design.
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your design process and final products.
