UI Designer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled UI Designer to craft visually stunning and highly usable interfaces. You will work closely with UX designers and engineers to bring designs to life across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Design: Create high-fidelity UI designs, including layouts, typography, color schemes, and iconography.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
- Collaboration: Partner with UX designers and front-end engineers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Iteration: Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in UI design for web and/or mobile applications.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Visual Skills: Strong eye for detail, typography, and color.
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion and micro-interaction design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of UI work.
